Pedro Disses His Little Friend
PEDRO MARTINEZ had some parting shots for the Boston Red Sox and for his little friend NELSON DE LA ROSA. http://msn.foxsports.com/story/3264344
Mini-Pedro was upset by Pedro's decision to leave Boston, but he was even more hurt by some of the comments Martinez made to the New York media after signing with the Mets last week.
"He broke my heart," de la Rosa told The News. "That's not right what he said about me."

Like Martinez a few weeks back, de la Rosa is a free agent who appears ready to
test the open market. "I'm not going to the Mets unless some other Dominican
ballplayer makes me an offer," he said. "And if the Yankees call me, I'll go
with them."
How funny is that? I hope the Brewers get a few more Latin-American players and persuade de la Rosa to move his operation to the midwest.
If De La Rosa doesn't find an offer attractive enough, he can always hang out at my apartment and watch me play the new Vice City game. I bought it like three weeks ago and decided to dust it off again.
