GOOD DAY FOR WISCONSIN SPORTS
The Milwaukee Bucks improved their record to 40-38 (which is good enough for a shot at home-court in the first round of the playoffs in the East) by defeating the New Jersey Nets.
The Brewers improved to 2-0 and are STILL IN FIRST PLACE. Dan Kolb picked up the save, but first without making it interesting of course. St. Louis sent Pujols to the plate as a the tying run and Rolen as the potential winning run. Renteria batted with the bases loaded and two out and Kolb got him to ground out to preserve the victory.
