Houston is going to be there at the end of the season looking to make the playoffs. Milwaukee plays 1/3 of their season against the likes of Houston, St. Louis and Chicago. It will be important for the Brewers to battle these teams. If the Brewers can maybe win this opening series it will provide some much needed excitement in the Milwaukee area regarding the Brewers. This afternoon in the home opener, Wade Miller who has basically owned the Brewers faces Wes Obermueller. Wes threw a gem against Houston on the last day of the season to help eliminate the Astros from playoff contention in 2003.
